A 100g taste of what we do — precision-cut on a hollow-ground blade, sliced thinner than anyone else dares. Pick your flavour, try it, and find out why our biltong melts in your mouth.

This is our introduce-yourself pack: a small, no-fuss way to try Biltong Brothers before you commit to a full bag. One taste and you'll understand what the fuss is about.

Choose your flavour: Chilli (mild, more flavour than fire), Safari (the traditional classic), or Droëwors (grab-and-go dried sausage — no cutting, just snap and snack).

Freshly packed in a resealable barrier bag with an oxygen absorber. A-grade food safety certified. Delivered tracked to your door.

Dispatch: We pack and post weekly. Orders close Sunday 9pm and are dispatched the following few days — sent chilled and tracked via NZ Post.

Once you've found your favourite, come back for a Standard (250g) or Large (500g) — better value by the gram, and the same thin-cut biltong you'll already love.
