The classic. Made from premium New Zealand silverside with a traditional spice blend — the original recipe our regulars come back for week after week at our Catalina Bay Farmers Market stall. And the slicing is what sets it apart.

Why thin wins: Slicing this fine means more of the spice meets your tongue at once — more flavour in every bite. And there's no thick, chewy core to work through; our slices are so fine they practically melt in your mouth. We cut thinner than anyone else because we make the blade ourselves — a hollow-grinding process we developed, and you won't find anywhere else.

Standard (250g) — a generous bag for the week's snacking.
Large (500g) — double it. For sharing, or for people who don't share.

Freshly packed in resealable barrier bags with an oxygen absorber to lock in flavour. A-grade food safety certified. Delivered tracked to your door.

Dispatch: We pack and post weekly. Orders close Sunday 9pm and are dispatched the following few days — sent chilled and tracked via NZ Post.
