Real droëwors — traditional air-dried sausage with a rich, concentrated flavour that biltong lovers know well. Minced beef and traditional spice, dried in the casing the old way. It was made for exactly this: something to snack on through the day, straight from the bag, no knife required.

Standard (250g) — a generous bag for the week's snacking.

Freshly packed in resealable barrier bags with an oxygen absorber to lock in flavour. A-grade food safety certified. Delivered tracked to your door.

Dispatch: We pack and post weekly. Orders close Sunday 9pm and are dispatched the following few days — sent chilled and tracked via NZ Post.
