Made from premium New Zealand silverside, air-dried with a mild chilli spice that's more about flavour than fire — a gentle warmth that won't scare off first-timers. This is the biltong that sells out first at our Catalina Bay Farmers Market stall every weekend.

Dispatch: We pack and post weekly. Orders close Sunday 9pm and are dispatched the following few days — sent chilled and tracked via NZ Post.
